Information is key for our members – and we have created a detailed booklet containing member directory, with contact information, photographs, and lots of pertinent information! The directory has been improved upon and added to each year. The Co-chairs update the information and have it printed each year for members.

The Membership committee is responsible for gathering contact information for new members and maintaining said information on continuing club members. The welcoming of new members, member orientation, and mentoring programs are also key responsibilities.

We have several special events each year, such as the President/Officer’s Celebration Luncheon, and meetings throughout the year, which require planning to make happen. Our monthly luncheon meetings entail coordination due to membership growth.
This committee makes our Arley Women’s Club experience special for visitors and members alike.

The Arley Women’s Club has been established for 50+ years and has earned an excellent reputation. To maintain community awareness ... to promote our events and activities ... to acknowledge and thank our supporters ... to keep our members informed ... we utilize digital and conventional marketing, in a multi-tiered approach. 

We plan to have a member work with us in each area, as we coordinate with every officer and committee in the club.

The Nominating Committee solicits nominations for AWC officers every two (2) years.

Committee members arrange for the election, 

manage the process, tally, and report resultsto current officers, who will present the slate of candidates for vote to membership.
